When you report a problem, please include:
- what you did and what happened
- the app version, shown in About
- your device model and its Android or iOS version
- a screenshot, if it helps. Make sure it shows no private photos.
Can I get a file back after deleting it?
KeepNinja never deletes anything by itself. Marking a file only puts it in Marked for removal, which works like the trash, but it is never emptied automatically: the file stays on your device, and you can unmark it at any time. Only Delete forever deletes files, after your device asks you to confirm. This is the same as emptying the device’s trash: deleted files cannot be restored.
